Choose the package that fits your pharmacy, fill in the short form on this page and send it. Our team reviews your request and sets up your account, usually within 24 hours. You will receive an email with your username and a link to choose your password.

Your first 7 days are free and you get full access to everything in the package you chose. No payment is taken when you sign up.

To keep your account, the first invoice must be paid within the free week. If it is not paid in time, access is locked until the payment is received. After that you are billed monthly, and your dashboard reminds you a week before each renewal.

Yes. You can ask for an upgrade or a downgrade at any time from Subscription & Billing in your Administration area. An upgrade starts straight away (you pay only the difference for the remaining days); a downgrade starts at your next renewal.

Each person should have their own login, and each login can be signed in on one device at a time. The number of staff logins you can create depends on your package.
